I work out at least three times a week. When I first started working out, I had to braid my sisterlocks down, because my locks were unraveling a lot faster and I was causing more work for my consultant. Now that my hair is more settle, and for the most part locked, I usually wear my hair in twin pointy tails or pulled back. My hair is now long enough to rock a twin pointy tails...Yay My Sisterlocks does benefit from the GYM as well. Below are the benefits.

1. My hair seems to grow much faster.
2. My hair get longer (it may be the sweat that is weighting my hair down but it seem longer and I do get major shrinkages when I wash my hair.)
3. My hair is softer and more manageable. Appears more straighter (could be the heat and my sweats).

Below is a picture of the back of my hair. I tend to also wear a bandana as well to absorb most of the sweat from the back, and in the front of my locks. I know hearing the word sweat and locks give you an "ewwww" feeling, but my hair doesn't smell and I wash my hair every 1.5 to 2 weeks.
